Funke PS was founded in 2003 on the premise that a small and focused law firm can provide superior service to the Puget Sound real estate investor. We operate without the usual layers of bureaucracy and use technology to leverage the quality and speed of legal services.

We provide comprehensive real estate transaction legal advice. Our services include purchase and sale of all types of commercial property, leases, development agreements, loan documentation, resolving and reviewing title issues, formation of partnerships and LLCs, covenants, easements, and other legal services important to real estate investors.
